A little bit about

Michelle Antonishek

Michelle is a Certified Executive Pastry Chef (CEPC) with the American Culinary Federation. Winner of the Season Two Food Network Halloween Baking Championship. She was also Top Chef Tom Colicchio pastry chef of Gramercy Tavern in 2003-2005, executive pastry chef of the Ritz Carlton (Four Seasons Property) and the Four Seasons Hotel Chicago from 2005-2007.

In 2007 through 2011, Michelle was a baking and pastry instructor for Le Cordon Bleu Austin before teaching pastry and baking at The Art Institute of San Antonio from 2012-2018.

Currently Michelle is Rush Enterprises Pastry Chef / Kitchen and Lodge Manager of Los Cuernos Ranch, a position she's held since 2012.

In her earlier years, at age 15, Michelle staged at Bobby Flays Mesa Grill for a month during her summer breaks and at NYC.
